We strive to process prescription refill requests as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 48 hours for us to review and approve your request. If your pet is in need of Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention or Prescription Food please come or call the clinic directly.

If your pet requires immediate medication, please contact our office directly. We cannot guarantee that all refill requests will be approved, as these decisions are based on your pet's current health status and medical history.
